About Time For Me

Personal, Social and Emotional Development, one of the three prime areas of learning and development (EYFS Statutory Framework, 2012) can be supported by using Time for Me to

• develop a positive sense of themselves
• develop social skills and learn how to manage their feelings
• have confidence in their own abilities

Thinking time or moments to explore feelings and emotions are encouraged through use of the sensitive musical pieces. Appropriate music for personal reflection also provides opportunities for spiritual development. In addition, the Time for Me CD can be used to help provide calm within a busy day.
